Drew is such a respectable and well deserving of the highest possible praise for his knowledge and helping hand in getting my central heat and air up and running again in such a quick and timely fashion that no matter what I say it would positively be an understatement! I thought I needed a new condensate pump but they found a problem with how the pipes were installed. He replaced the pipe causing the problem and only changed me a reasonable service fee. I will definitely call them again.

Drew Carter in the best of the best! I needed the condensation pump (that is attached to my heat pump) replaced. He pointed out that the old pump was an incorrect pump type, and he picked up the proper pump that was needed. He also replaced a bad breaker on the outside of my heat pump cabinet. He is fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have used him twice, and I won't call anyone else for my heating/cooling repair or service needs!

Responded to a repair need quicker than other options. Very friendly and respectful. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Pointed out potential problems and solutions. Work completed in a timely fashion. Very good experience. Booking for a return to do Spring tune up of air conditioning system. Only issue was he always seemed to be late but called to advise he was running late plus always called when he was 10 minutes out from arriving.

These guys are great. They brought me a portable air conditioner unit to use while they installed mine. They are very professional and very considerate of your time and comfort. I give my highest recommendation to Innovative Air LLC and Drew Carter who replaced my HVAC system in January 2020. Drew kept me updated during the entire process (what was going on, what time he was going to arrive, any challenges, etc.). Drew and Trey were professional, courteous, conscientious, hard working, quick to respond, and attentive to all details. Answers to my questions were explained with what I could tell was complete knowledge of his profession. Their focus was on the job at my house until it was fully completed. As for trustworthiness, these guys are at the top of my list. I had to leave for an appointment and had no qualms about leaving them with access to my home. When the job was completed, they cleaned up. In fact, the area looked better than it did when they arrived. Because I did not have a second heat source, Drew brought me a loaner heater that kept my house warm. That was an extremely thoughtful gesture; but if you read other reviews, it is another example of the kind of man he is. Innovative Air LLC is a top-notch company. If you need a great HVAC company, give them a try. You will be very happy you did.

Drew was great and kept us informed during the whole process. He even offered to bring me soup and vitamin C since I was sick while he was here working!
