Harts Inspections, LLC. is a Home Inspection company that services all of East TN. from Greeneville to Bristol and Church Hill to Butler and all the cities in between. It is a veteran owned company and is owned and operated by Ronnie Hart and wife Carolyn. Ronnie has been in the inspection business for the last 32 years. From aeronautical, to mechanical, to industrial, it is this experience that has lead us to Home Inspections. Our goal is to make your Home Inspection a great experience, to help you understand any problems we find and to give you a state of the art report complete with a 360° tour of your new home. We never just send your report to you, we go over line by line with you. Our clients are the most important people to us.

Ronnie and Carolyn were EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable regarding our mold and radon testing. Two of the most pleasant and efficient people we have ever had help with our home. If I could give them 100 stars I would!! Highly recommend!!

I would recommend Hart's to anyone and that needs a home inspection! They were an absolute joy to work with, very informative and knowledgeable, and made this part of the process a breeze! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Great!, they took their time and inspected everything from the basement to the roof. They then listed their findings in different categories from major repairs to minor fixes and spent a couple hours on the phone with us going over every problem there was. They also found mold and called us immediately to confirm we wanted to get that tested as well. We got the test to be safe and also so we could have the right person come in to remove it.
