I do not know the actual cost of the project. The $2,500 is a guess as the project was paid for by owner of property. It was an old pump at a home and property location in Greene County. (Yes the home is that old. Built approximately 1886. We came to know the family who built the house so that is verified. We do not know when that particular well was installed but it had served us well for 33 years and the previous owners did not know when that deep well source was installed. I do not have all the details of the activities, as I contacted Casey Well Drilling and Pump for someone else, i.e., a friend whose well water pump stopped working. When I found out my friend's well had stopped working, he asked me for help in locating someone to help. I contacted Casey Well Drilling and Pumps via a late Sunday night email explaining the problem. I was called the next morning, Monday, at 7:30 am and two employees from Casey Well Drilling were out at my friends house and property by 9:30 am. It was such a relief to know that professional help was there and that they gave reassurance to my friend. His property, house and horse were without a source of water. Casey had done work for me over the years and my current home is within 'a stones throw' of Casey Well Drilling. I do know that my friend was so relieved and let me know the workmen were efficient and professional and made him feel comfortable with the project as they explained it to him. They informed him of the diagnosis and solution they would perform and got it done within a two day work period. After the job was done, my friend called me and thanked me for getting Casey out there and restore his water supply.
