Steve had to work us in for an emergency leak in our root cellar. He notified me when he was able to make it out, working around our schedule as well. He and his assistant were very professional, friendly and efficient. Very Reasonable rates. Will definitely call them again.

Steve and his guys were professional, reasonably priced, thorough and explained exactly what they did to repair the issues. He also ordered us a new faucet part under warranty. They left the work areas neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

He came and found the problem (a small leak in a pipe in the wall behind my washer) and fixed the problem in about half an hour. He was very professional and put everything back when he was done. He's very good at what he does.

Both jobs went great! They arrived promptly the first time, and called when they hit a traffic detour the second time even though they were only 15 minutes behind the scheduled time. All jobs were completed in a timely manner and they picked up the toilet for installation after we chose one at a local retailer. Both times after they left, you could not tell that any work had just occurred - it was that clean! Definitely my go-to plumbers in the future.

They were prompt in response. They solved the problem quickly and were affordable.

We called because we thought we had a clog in one of the downstairs bathrooms but turned out to be a bad sewage pump. While we were surprised by the quote for replacement, after quickly researching online what other providers charge we found C&C to be much less. My only "negative" is that he is in high demand. We had to go nearly a week without use of the downstairs bathrooms, and more importantly the washer, until he could order the pump and get back to our house. This was a minor inconvenience and the price we were willing to pay for having someone we found rated highly on Angie's List. He was punctual and showed up exactly when he committed. The work was done cleanly and professionally.

Great. Faucets are now installed properly and no drips. Steve is very professional and always prompt in response.

I left Steve a message and he returned my call in less than 24 hours. He gave me a date and time to be at my house. On the day of service, he was running about 30 minutes late and called to let me know. My commode had been running continuously and Steve told me that I didn't need a new one and that a $5 part would fix my problem. I had wanted a new commode anyway so he installed the new one. I will definitely call Steve again for plumbing issues and will recommend him to my friends.

Steve showed up when he said he would, was available by telephone to answer questions before and after, and did a great job. He even came back to double check everything after the work was complete and I had what turned out to be an unrelated leak. I just left him a message to come do more plumbing work for me.

Called and left a message in the morning. Steve returned my call and was able to come out later in the afternoon. Great job communicating and fixing my problem. I will definitely use him in the future.

Steve was great at keeping in touch and getting our work done in a timely manner. He replaced our galvanized pipes in one day! Would definitely recommend him again.

On time and on estimated cost. Steve informed me that the shower cartridge was guarenteed and how to call the company. I called, the cartridge was sent to my house, I made an appointment, Steve arrived on time and the cartridge was installed for the price quoted. It does not get any better than this.

Arrived on time, friendly and polite, explained what they were doing before starting, and did a thorough and professional job. Cost was less than I expected, too.

Found pinhole leak in pipes behind bathroom wall. Discovered quickly, cut neat hole in sheetrock, replaced damaged pipe, and even reseated the toilet with a new seal without charge, as far as I could tell. Extremely pleased at the quick response, expert work, and reasonable cost.

I was unaware that when the faucet was initially installed that the original plumber made the hole in the exterior wall much too large and the faucet was not properly anchored to the wall causing the entire faucet to rotate whenever the handle was turned. Steve was very inventive in successfully replacing the faucet and properly anchoring it to the wall. Whenever plumbing problems/needs arise in the future I will be calling C&C Plumbing.

Steve was very professional and did a wonderful job. They worked very quickly and got a 1170 sq ft house re-plumbed in 3 days. We will definitely call them again for all our plumbing problems.

After trying all day to find a plumber, I finally called Steve and he called me back within 30 min. It was after 4pm and thanks to a cancelation he was available to come right then. Thank goodness! Steve told me his approximate arrival time based on GPS and even called me to let me know he was running behind due to traffic at a stand still on the interstate. Steve was friendly and professional. He was able to identify the source of the problem and luckily it was not in the wall as I had feared. Steve gave the valve time to leak more if it was going to. He even crawled under the house to make sure there were no additional leaks or damage. After checking his work and even showing me what he did, Steve cleaned his work area. I was impressed with Steve's professionalism, communication and quick response. The price for the his work was very fair and the peace of mind was priceless.

The experience was outstanding. We have used them several times. Steven and his workers did an outstanding work. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they are doing or what they have done. When he writes out a bill, he includes absolutely everything. He came when he said he was going to come. He coordinated with my carpenter who was going to come the same day too.

They were great. I received a call back within 30 minutes or so. Luckily they had been near our area therefore they were able to get to my house quickly (less than 15 minutes). The men performed the fix quickly, efficiently and quietly (since my daughter was napping in the nearby room). The price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again as well as recommend them.

Steve responded promply to my call and scheduled me for the next day. On his first visit he recommended and then ordered a free replacement cartridge from Delta to repair the leak. He then fixed the drain problem in the bathroom sink. When the replacement part arrived Steve came the next day, installed the part which fixed the leak and unstopped the tub drain. He was both personable and efficient and charged only for the time he was here, I would highly recommend him and will call him again when necessary.

They did a really good job. They were clean. Their rates were much better than the company we used before. They were very polite and timely.

I read all the write-ups on Angie's list for drain cleaning and kept comming back to Steve @ C&C Plumbing. Although most people were satisfied with the work of most drain cleaning contractors, many were shocked, or at least surprised at the high cost to do the work. C&C not only had good reviews, but people were happy with the price. Unlike some of the others, there was no minimum cost just to walk through the door. Let me tell you right at the top, my experience turned out better than the best review I read! I consider myself to be very handy. When my kitchen drain backed-up, I initially thought I would be able to easily clear it out, but it soon became apparent that I needed help. The clog was more than 20' down the line and I just couldn't reach it. I called C&C and left a message. Steve got back to me within 15 minutes and, since I didn't have an emergency, I made an 8:30am appointment with him. He called me at 8:00 to let me know he was leaving and, to my delight and surprise he was right on time. Now that's not too common these days! He came with his helper and they worked nonstop for over an hour cleaning the draining and testing to be sure I won't have any further problems. They both were very professional and courteous, and I certainly expected a bill twice what I got. If there were a rating higher than an A, I would give it to C&C Plumbing. Thank you Steve for a job well done.
