Description of Work: Brought in dirt to level out large area that was rutted by run-off, seeded area then covered with straw. Removed mulch in landscraped areas and removed some bushes. Applied plastic ground cover then added river rock to replace mulch. Removed grass from lower level and planted with sea grass. Grass looks pretty good but watching sea grass - it might be dead.
