Description of Work: We had large retaining walls that had deteriorated and had some drainage problems. The old walls were replaced with better structure and the area was regraded with new drainage pipe. Henderson's did an excellent job and to date, we have had no problems. They worked quickly and seemed most efficient. It was a relief knowing that they were doing a good job.

 + -1 moreThe location of each tree was carefully marked with paint. The laborers were dropped off and the supervisor disappeared. The laborers would dig a hole where the painted markers were located and tossed the painted dirt all around. When it came time to plant the next tree, they were planting trees all over yard where they had thrown the dirt from the previous tree. After we watched this happen several times, I intervened and attempted to show them what the plan was but they pretty much ignored me. Then they started removing grass from our yard. we were so appalled at what they were doing, I intervened again and one of the laborers started getting very aggressive toward me. I called the salesman and he laughed over the phone. Their supervisor returned after about two hours of this confusion and aggressive language coming from the workers. After they left, we inspected the work and they did not do what they were supposed to do so we cancelled the additional work we were planning. We won't be using them again!

 + -1 moreThe landscape designer visited to do an initial consultation and understand our needs, then he put together a proposed design and returned to present it to us. The installation team arrived as scheduled, less than a week after we selected them to do the work. The designer did an excellent job working within the budget we provided and relocated some of our shrubs to save money while still achieving the desired look. The landscape designer was knowledgeable and provided a good design that was well executed by the installation team. All members of their team were courteous, punctual, and professional.
Description of Work: Terry Henderson Landscaping provided landscape design and installation work. They removed overgrown shrubs, damaged trees, and re-landscaped the front of our house.

 + -1 moreVery pleased with the entire job. Made good suggestions, not the cheapest fix. Finished job was better than I had envisioned.
Description of Work: MAde great suggestions on how to fix an outdated planter area. Replaced old rotting wood with first-class block work. Mulched everything, move a Japanese maple that was several years old and it's doing great! These guys hit it hard and don't quit until it's done.
