Description of Work: They were to return to replace our septic line. We were scheduled for over a week. Then the day they were to come, nothing. My husband had finally got a confirmation the night before. Then they moved to Friday because employee was sick. And again no show.no call finally answers my husbands calls at 3. Owner had issues with his sewage pump in his basement took him longer to repair then he thought. They had excellent reviews many about how they communicated and did what they said. Now Google is back to one review all of a sudden. I even left a good one for the first service. Which really should have had a camera ran up the line.
