+ -1 moreHe arrived promptly, was very professional but personable, and quickly determined the problem. After fixing my problem, we discussed my ac system and he gave me some tips on maintenance and was very helpful in explaining some things for me. Overall, I was very pleased. I gave the price a rating of "B" mainly because I really don't know how his prices compare to the norm. The parts and labor were reasonable to me. There was a 75 dollar service fee in addition to the parts and labor - I am not sure what that is for - but everything else seemed fair to me.
Description of Work: My fan on my air handler was making a loud noise so I had Street's HVAC come out and check it. He ( I assume it was Doug) quickly determined the problem (a failing fan motor and bad bearing) and removed it to take with him to repair. The next day he replaced it and the fan worked as new - air circulation was much improved. He then inspected both of my outdoor units and found one to be low on fluid, which he replaced.

+ -1 moreHe was very friendly. His guys were efficient. They came and did the job when they said they would. It was a big job, and they were in and out in a week. They cleaned up when they were done, and did not leave a mess. They started on time. It was good.

+ -1 moreHe does a good job. His name is Doug Street. I've been using him for a couple of years. He has always been dependable and when I call, he has always been here within 5 or 6 hours of the call. I will probably have him replace mine in the next year or so. I would imagine his prices are average. He is very punctual.
Description of Work: I used Street's HVAC Services to keep my air conditioning limping along so I haven't had to replace it yet. I have a slow leak so he puts Freon in it and maintains it.
