Description of Work: My house keeper went from an A to F. On 7/18/2014 she showed up late. I always leave the check on the counter for I'm not there. Normally it takes 4 hours to clean my house, she stayed all of an hour took my check and left. Don't use this person

Description of Work: We have used them twice. The first time I would give them a B+ but the second time they sped through the job and there were many areas where the finished job did not meet our expectations. Tell them clearly what you want and go back over what they did in detail because we felt they were in a hurry to get it done and move on to the next house.

+ -1 moreDonnie and Seth from Sparkle Pros came out to see our house and gave us an estimate a couple of days later. The estimate included several options, e.g. price for initial cleaning, price for subsequent cleanings if they came every two weeks, price if they came every four weeks, price for adding interior window cleaning, etc. We hired them to come the next week. Seth did the cleaning. He showed up on time, having called me to let me know he was on his way on this snowy, icy day. He worked hard for around five hours and did a very good job. He brought all his own supplies, including vacuum cleaner and mop. We have a lot of windows and he cleaned the interior of all the windows for an additional $108. For $145 he cleaned our large, two-story house, including vacuuming and mopping all the floors (hardwood and tile), dusting -- including tops of cabinets and furniture and ceiling fans, cleaned three bathrooms and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen. Sparkle Pros proved to be dependable, on time, courteous and did a very good job.
