Description of Work: The provider looked at my roof. He then told me that he would like to come back and look in the attic to see if he could locate the leak during the morning hours because of the heat. He said that he would call me to set up an appointment.

Description of Work: Gave estimate for repair. Good price. Sent contract. Called to request estimate for additional work before I submitted contract. Called 3 times. Never returned my calls. I think his bid was too low, and he could not find a subcontractor to do for the price.

He was so courteous, professional, and trustworthy. The estimate for the work and the completion of the project were exactly on budget. Mom is thrilled with the work and awaiting the spare shingles the company has agreed to provide. This company is marvelous!

 + -1 moreA crew of men showed up and started to work immediately. The work was done promptly and clean-up was thorough. It was a noisy process involving cutting the old roof to install the ridge vents and old soft plywood; but the crew was efficient and the work went quickly. The work was guaranteed; although, since we have had no apparent problems I cannot testify to its veracity. The finished roof is as nice in appearance as we had hoped, and we have not had any apparent problems.
Description of Work: The estimate was fair and the information about materials was very good. The estimate was detailed. The shingle quality and color were explained, ridge vents were to be installed, soft plywood was to be replaced as needed and time required to do the work was specified. The old roofing was to be completely removed along with one unused roof vent.

 + -1 moreEverything went well. Additional work was needed due to rotten wood and this work was done as well. Gary even came out to inspect the crew's work and painted the pipes and vents on the roof to match the color of the roof.
Description of Work: The owner Gary Snowden responded promptly to my request for an estimate and was the lowest of three I had. His crew roofed our house and garage.

 + -1 moreThis is a good company to work with. They sent a knowledgeable crew to do the work that did not goof off and did the job in about a day and a half. I also asked them to quote putting a bird cap on our chimney and they did that for the cost of the cap only with no added labor. They also have a pretty good labor warranty I think for this type business. I don t know about all his crews, but the one I had did a good job.
Description of Work: Replaced existing roof with new 30 yr. shingles, replaced felt, added ridge vent, cleaned up and put bird cap on chimney.
