They left before checking the sink having the problem. It drained worse than before. After several phone calls over two days, I couldn’t get them to come back out. I finally gave up and found another plumber.

Unprofessional and impolite. Entered my home without my permission and did work I did not authorize. After all that, the new pope they put in leaked and I had to call another plumber to repair it. I had to talk with the national customer service supervisor to get it resolved.

Still same issue $1000 later. $250 fist pump. $838 2 weeks later for second pump and hydro jet I feel they overcharged for. Was quoted $398 over phone

I began calling on Friday night and they told me a technician would call me Saturday. I made 4 phone call attempts to find out when a tech would come out on Saturday. The tech would not return my call. My mothers basement was starting to fill with water and I needed an ETA. They finally arrived on Sunday at 11:45 am after I had attempted to call them 3 times that morning. The technician never did return my phone calls he just showed up. When they arrived they said " I'm sitting in your driveway." I opened the door to the basement only to see the tech throw a cigarette bud on my mother's lawn. When he entered the premise, they were not friendly. 1 was cordial but the other made me feel as if though he was being inconvenienced. They came in and ran a snake through the pipe to the outside lines; cleared the lines and were done within 45 minutes. They handed me a bill for $500 dollars and refused to give my 88 year old mother a senior discount nor did they make good on the fact that they were there within 30 days. They told me they could not give me a 30 day guarantee since it was not written on the last bill. They also couldn't give my mother the senior discount because they couldn't distinguish whether she was a senior citizen.

We had an issue where no waste water would exit the house and it was Friday afternoon. We were heading out of town and were able to get Roto Rooter of Johnson City to come over (that should be a hint, if a company can come right over, they probably have no business). The owner and an associate came over and opted to dig up the drain line outside the house - and drove a backhoe across the lawn. Despite asking why they were digging on one side of the sidewalk when the pipe angled in the other direction, they continued until we had a 3 to 4 foot deep trench and guess what, no drain line. My wife pointed out a depression on the other side and low and behold, the drain line was about 18 inches deep there. Now I had a pit to refill. They saw the problem as a collapsed piece of Orangeburg pipe and said that they woudl have to come back to fix it. We said we were leaving town and to cme over Tuesday morning which they agreed to. Well, we came back Monday night and saw that the repair was completed. They came over teh following day with the bill - which was for just under $900 to replace an 18" piece of pipe along with a service charge for weekend call out. When questioned, they said they thought we wanted them to do the repair when we were gone. I pressed them on the charge and was told they would correct the bill and simply charge be the same amount for something else so the bottom line is I was soaked for the charge regardless. I had a repeat issue less than a month later and while they did come to repair it, it was days later which required my wife and I to stay in a hotel and pay that cost for 3 nights. Unprofessional in their billing, clueless when it comes to the repairs . . . . . . beware when opting to use this company!

The men from Roto Rooter did an outstanding job. They came within 30 minutes of our call and snaked out the first floor toilet and the basement floor drain. The basement drain had backed up under the washing machine, releasing black filth and sewer gasses. Within 45 minutes the men has the problem solved. They reseated the first floor toilet - which they had removed - mopped up the floors and made sure that everything was satisfactory.

he sucked and your service is a ripoff because every so often you steal $10 from my credit card, so stop it!
