Description of Work: I hired Whites Construction in April of 2012 to build me a 40x60 metal building. Part of the plans where that I ordered a drain to be put in the garage and when the garage was finished, the subcontractor, hired by whites placed the drain higher on the floor than the rest of the concrete floor... so water DRAINS AWAY from the drain! Also, they installed rebar pins in the concrete, that they didn't push into the concrete, instead the pins all surfaced causing floor damage. Also, when the subcontractor came to put the concrete floor in, they damaged two of my structural integrity poles....I need to put a new floor in my garage because the work done by the subcontractors was horrible for the concrete!! Brandon at Whites construction was always friendly, and we left on good terms. If you hire them be sure and do your homework to look into who they use for subcontractors- I have nothing against either Roger or Brandon at White's as individuals, HOWEVER-- unless they ever replace their subcontractor who pours the floors, I would not recommend them. On another note, the crew who framed and built the garage were hard-working and HONEST people. They built me a great garage, just when it came time to installing the most critical part of the garage, the concrete floor, they could not have messed up more...
