Rachel and David have helped us purchase and sell our home in Johnson City. We purchased our home via Zoom. When we moved in, we had zero surprises, because they had done such a great job of noticing everything about the home. When we sold that home, we had a difficult buyer and buyer's agent. David and Rachel were calm, incredible problem solvers, patient, and encouraging. They saw the sale through to closing and were fantastic!!! Do not buy or sell a home in Johnson City without using David and Rachel!!!!

If you are moving to the Tri-Cities area in Tennessee, there is no better team than David and Rachel! While touring my first home with David and Rachel, they used their expertise to point out a multitude of items that I had not noticed, which saved me from buying the wrong home. When I found the home I decided I wanted to purchase, David and Rachel were great about getting out to tour the home immediately, as well as giving me a ton of local knowledge to help with my decision. When it came time to negotiate on the purchase price and repairs, Rachel served as an amazing resource in getting concessions on the home. Also, David's knowledge of home improvement gave us some great cost-effective home upgrades. Their combined expertise and contributions will end up saving me tens of thousands of dollars down the road. The value David and Rachel brought to the table was immensely helpful and I am thoroughly convinced I would not have got the home I did without their help.

David & Rachel are the best! They helped us get our first home. David & Rachel are very experienced in what they do and I can't recommend them enough. From finding a home to closing on one, they were extremely helpful. When searching for a house, we came across some houses with hidden issues that not everyone might be able to see and they would thankfully point the issues out to us. They were always available to show us houses, and when we finally found one they helped us get through a house that was wasnt the easiest to close on but David & Rachel made it seem easy. Not only this but they negotiated the price down far lower than we expected. We are very thankful for the services they provided and will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a house.

He was honest and straightforward, even if it meant saying no to a potential sale. Rachel was always quick to answer our texts or calls. Rachel and David are awesome. They both have lived here their entire lives and know the tri-cities area very well. They communicate well, are extremely accessible and are very very competent. Their knowledge of buying and selling is great but for us, their backgrounds in construction and property evaluation was hands down the most comforting aspect of having them in our corner. When viewing perspective homes they are visually inspecting problem areas they know to look for. I also have a construction background but on the west coast (almost zero rain and/or moisture). The deficiencies or problem areas they observed and brought to our attention at several houses no doubt saved us big $$$. They found us our perfect home, in the perfect place for a great price and the home is in great shape.

We couldn’t have asked for better realtors! Rachel and David are an awesome team, and were absolutely essential to our homebuying process. They made us feel like we were their number one priority, no matter how much else they had going on. They were always ready to drop everything and help us at a moment’s notice; any day, any time. Which is extremely important in this crazy market! This was our first home purchase, and they explained all of the steps along the way to make sure we understood everything. They were incredibly helpful walking through houses with us, noticing every detail and not hesitating to tell us when a house had too many flaws and wasn’t worth it. They saved us from buying a few duds! It took us months to find our dream house, but they never rushed us. They were patient and encouraged us to hold out for a house we really loved, and we are so grateful for it! Rachel and David are also a lot of fun, easygoing, and knowledgeable about everything in the real estate world. We were so fortunate to get to work with two people who are both so great at their job. I have now used Rachel for four different transactions over the last 12 years. Most recently, Rachel and David helped me purchase my new home and sell my previous home within the past 3 months. Rachel and David are the sole reason we got our house here in Johnson City. We were moving across states (from MD to TN), so Rachel had to coordinate the buying of our Tennessee house with the sale of our house in MD with another realtor. We had a major issue on the selling end of things with our buyer, so Rachel and David had to work overtime and negotiate heavily to ensure we didn't lose the house here in TN. Rachel worked out a fantastic deal that allowed us to move in early since my job started before we'd actually be able to sell our MD house. She worked so hard and was so open throughout the whole process. I know that if we had had any other realtor, we would not have gotten this house. They are also so knowledgeable about the area! David has a recommendation for any type of food or drink you can think of, and has a keen eye for any defects or potential issues about the house you're considering. Rachel had extensive knowledge of what would work best for our kids and family regarding schools, local activities/excursions/parks, and cost of living. They both can recommend any number of companies to help with any sort of home repair, banking, attorneys, etc. Finally, they continued to help us even after the purchase of our house! They continue to impress even now, and I know I can lean on them or ask them questions and get an almost immediate response. We are so thankful we found Rachel and David when we did. They are truly gifted at what they do!

David and Rachel are wonderful people to work with. They are very knowledgeable of the housing market and knew just what we needed to sale our home. Our home sold in 2 days. They also helped us get our new condo and made the entire process so enjoyable. I consider them not just my agents but friends. We didn't have to worry about anything through the process of selling or purchasing our new home. They sold our house in just a few days after we listed it. Rachel and David exceeded my expectations! They were very responsive, knowledgable, and genuine. I was purchasing a home from a distance and I trusted them to tell me whether they believed it was in good condition, and if the price was fair. They always responded to texts, emails, and calls as soon as possible. This was so important as home sales can happen very quickly, and from a distance I felt like they made a great effort to keep me informed on everything. When it comes to negotiating they have extensive experience and all contracts were so easy to sign. The best part is that David and Rachel is that they are just nice people to be around, very friendly, and kind. David has a particular knack for understanding how homes are built and has a keen eye on any issues or concerns about a home structure. I cannot tell you enough positive things about my experience with Rachel and David. Absolutely work with them!

Rachel takes professionalism to another level in our area. I dealt with two other realtors before Rachel listed the property, and before it was hard to get a call back or an update on how it was going. With though she made sure to keep me well informed throughout the process. Not only did she have more people coming to look at the house but she let me know what the feed back was and what I would need to do to improve on how it showed. I have already recommended her several times and will continue to do so because one thing she knows how to do is move properties.

Self-admitted very picky clients. Started search in June; closed in October. After dozens (!) of homes, finally found exactly what we were looking for with Rachel leading the way. She was never intrusive or pushy and simply took our 'wish list' and applied it to the current market. The excellent rapport she has with local contractors, businesses, and other realtors is apparent. We highly recommend talking to Rachel before you settle on a final agent.

Rachel is simply AWESOME! We contacted her many weeks ago and explained that we are not in any hurry to buy. But, that we would like to be very specific in our "wish list". She has gone WAY out of her way to accommodate us with our differing interests in locations, our changing priorities, our price range extremes, and our strange availability schedules. She has never 'hounded' us but has just kept us in the loop with relevant information and has set up search 'carts' for us that automatically update when a property hits the market that meets our criteria. This way, we are able to preview the properties, make comments, and do drive-bys ahead of time to narrow the list. Her professionalism is exemplary! We will continue to work with Rachel until we find just the right house!

The charges are commission based. She is just very professional, very thorough and just did a great job overall.
