If you want someone to oversee the work, inspect the work, keep you informed of the work ask for Domm. Any questions I had he made sure i got the proper answers especially when it involved additional cost. These guys don't play around. They get the work done and it's quality work. I had 3 roofs put on my establishment and they all failed within two years and it cost me a lot of money. I'm confident in Pisgah's work lasting for many years and I have a warranty.

I don't think it would be fair not to mention what actually happened. To be honest, the crew/workers I had needed a lot of supervision. Had I not been watching them, they attempted several shortcuts in the required work, ie. they tried to cover the old felt/moisture barrier a number of times, even after being told by the Co. Rep, their supervisor and myself it had to come off. Each time they had to spend time to remove the new barrier and take off the old one. The customer should not have to supervise the work. But I am glad I did. I felt like I was getting on company reps nerves calling constantly about their attempted shortcuts. I don't think it would be fair not to mention what actually happened.

Fantastic to work with. Had an urgent issue that had to be addressed on a vacation home. As we were not there, they took before and after pictures which were submitted to is insurance. This company schedules fast and has excellent communications. Highly recommend and will work with them again.
