After explaining what I needed for my difficult-to-survey property, he made sure that I understood exactly what he could do for me, the detail with which he would conduct the work, and how much time it would take. Not only was his quote extremely fair and competitive, but he was true to every word regarding his work. I have owned five homes and have never had a survey done with the skill, attention to detail, and personal regard for getting it right as Matt. He even had to climb into a ravine, tackle overgrown woods, and figure out how to mark some of the property dominated by boulders. The painstaking detail he put into the survey, and marking my property as clearly as he did, will ensure that I have everything I need to move forward with any building plans, fencing designs, and landscaping, without any property dispute issues. Whether a home owner or a business owner, I would highly recommend Peak Geomatics LLC for your land survey!
