NANCY MARTIN

It was a wonderful experience for us to buy our home from Nancy Martin. We had looked at 34 homes before contacting Nancy through a referral from a friend. Most of those homes, I used another realtor. We went from home to home; the prior realtor didn't seem to get a handle on what we wanted! She just seemed to want to get a quick sale!!! Nancy is a former nurse. She has a lot of empathy, and quickly sized up what we wanted. I think we went to three homes with her, before she starting showing us just what we liked! She was able to quickly able to size up what we liked and what we disliked. We fell in love with one home, but the buyers really weren't ready to sell. The very next home is the home we purchased, it was just right for us! We've been very happy here for the last 2 years. We still love working with Nancy. She's been a great resource for good referrals. We moved across the country, and so didn't know who would be good for handyman or other services. Nancy's not the usual high pressure realtor. She listened to us, and found us what we wanted!
