Mr. Electric of Tri-Cities

Overcharged for products, no labor cost, no quote for products or labor. The price of the products was overinflated. I would like a printout of the cost of lights, GFCI, AFCI, light bulbs, and product model number/description. There was no labor cost listed. I was given two different prices for the whole job. Total bill was $1287.43. About 8 hrs. work. Mr. Electric needs a better itemized statement for products and labor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for service.

I really liked the fact an email with the electrician who was coming to my house was sent prior to him being there so I would know who would be there. It made me feel safe.

the project that was done by mr. electric was a 200 to 400amp upgrade and service to new garage. job looks good, they allowed themselves extra time for anything unknown that might come up,I think their inexperience for this kind of project was showing. but they were courteous and through, cleaned up all debris, passed inspection, little pricey but good work

Told him that outlets were already changed. Originally told $200 to run one wire then told cost would be $900. Charged $200 for nothing. I would never recommend.

Needed a light switch replaced. They did a free inspection of my electrical systems and replaced the switch and charged me $254.

A professional electrician solved the incorrect wiring problems with thorough attention to detail from start to finish.

The Electrical work that was completed today did exceed my expectations. I have worked with contractors for the past 30 years and this gentleman was one of the best. The price was what the estimate said it would be, with no hidden charges. It was completed very quickly and the job site was clean after the completion of the work. The price was half of a estimate I received from a large group in Knoxville. Thank you and if I am in need of any electric work I will be calling Mr. Electric again. Which will be in the near future.

I want to put in landscape lighting and he was very helpful in helping to me figure out what I wanted to put in. Carmela, the receptionist is very professional yet also very friendly. Already made another appointment.
