Professional tech-good customer service-expensive-$300 for 15 minutes of work installing a new light fixture in bathroom-but did good work

Responded immediately upon our query to Home Advisor. Sent a very polite courteous and knowledgeable electrician. Very accommodating to our schedule as well.

My service guy was Robert. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he repaired & what they suggested for the future. He was finished in 3 hours including trip to Lowe s for the material. Very professional & timely effort all the way around. I can now see so much better in my basement with no more flickering. Thanx so much!!!

Hired Mr Electric to do fix an issue in a bedroom downstairs that I felt was caused by a recent storm. I also wanted to add an extra plugin outside on my back deck and replace another plugin with a GFCI. Bobby was a very nice guy to work with and answered all my questions. He couldn't finish the job on the first day he came out due to not have certain tools with him but came back after the holiday weekend as promised. Had a great attitude and explained things well. I was nervous that it took so long to find the issue (several hours) and felt he would have to start tearing into my sheet rock but in the end, the only issue was a GFCI outlet outside had to be replaced. The extra outlets didn't take much time at all. Like others reviews have said, the prices are high but they do good work. Decided to use them instead of continuing to shop for better value. Not sure if I will in the future though.

Over charge

Robert from Mr Electric was professional and quickly completed all the work. He talked with us to be sure we were in agreement on what we wanted done. He did the quote which we signed off on. Returned to do work then made sure we were happy with his work before paying anything. We will have him do any future projects for us.

Very conscientious. Explained everything in detail. Worked through a difficult wiring problem in an older installation location.

Charge of $275 to install a new breaker switch on the panel was excessive. Job takes minutes, should have $100 or less. Proposal was made for additional electrical work, but it was on plain paper, unsigned and no firm identity, AND the guy took it with him. So why waste my time? Man was courteous, pleasant, knew what he was doing, professional, and on time.

I believe I previously sent a recommendation, but everything about Mr. Electric was excellent.

I m extremely fortunate Mr. Electric produced outstanding work, helping me get my home code compliant, before selling my home. I m grateful a true professional was sent, taking and asking questions to get a full picture of my electrical needs.
