The appointment was made quickly, we were kept updated, and the job was completed efficiently. The electrician had to replace a breaker. Wearing shoe coverings was an appreciated touch.

Great job completed with expert quality. He even did that shoe cover and carpet at the door thing! Only negative comment is that I feel the cost was too expensive.

Carmella, dispatch person, was very good at keeping me updated regarding the status for arrival time and appointments. Ron, the electrician, was exceptional in his problem solving skills and customer communications. Ron did a thorough job without rushing and gave me a solution to a problem that existed since the construction of my house 24 years ago. He explained what could also happen in the future should I discover the wiring problem in other parts of my home. I think the cost was very fair given the nature and difficulty of my wiring problem. All cost were explained in detail before the work was performed. Thank you Ron!

Did not have replacement gfi on truck. Seems like that is a common electrical part. Had to go and get one, but didn't really cause a problem. Otherwise great
