I had a wooden fence put in my backyard, the man that came out to give me estimate had avoided my calls for repairs and replacement gates for 5 years!!! I dont understand how making money would make someone avoid a customer. I dont like to complain but I honestly would not recommend this company! I had flood damage to my fence and needed replacement gates and a few panels and I called and left messages at least once every two weeks, then once a month, and did so for 3 years, finally I gave up and fixed it myself! Good price, good workers, did the job in timely manner. If you ever need anything after job is done.... your in trouble! The posts were not level or even, and within three years it started splitting and swagging. Not such great quality.

Everything went as planned. I took a sketch of the fencing that I wanted. They offered some very good suggestions that made sense, and we went on with it. They gave me upfront quote that they did not exceed. I personally think that the price of all fencing is too expensive, but it's either find someone to construct fences or do it yourself. I do not make fences so I hired McCall.

The rep and office staff were professional, but the labor was a little off-beat. Scheduling was vague but fast. The design of the fence was nice but I found some missing nails in some of the uprights - not too hard to remedy myself. The primary privacy fence gate warped pretty quickly and they installed the latch inside-out for a reason they told my wife but didn't make sense to me. Overall it's ok, but keep an eye on the details. Best price I found. Update: - Removed information regarding silt fence. McCall does not generally sell silt fence and put it in only at my request. It was a poor solution to my problem and failed quickly. They did, however, refer me to a government department that would help me resolve the problem with someone else's property encroaching on my property through erosion of sediment. Good on them. - McCall has offered to take a look at my gate latch and see if there is some more appropriate hardware to use in my situation. I plan on taking him up on his offer.

They were very cooperative and punctual . They worked with my schedule. The installers were very cooperative , punctual, and did a nice jib cleaning up. I have no complaints!

Things didn't start out too good. We were out of town when the work started and that was a mistake on our part. The fence was put in but not in the right dimensions. We contacted the owner and he came out to see what had happened. He agreed that it was not correct and said they would make it right. As son as the replacement ornamental section arrived, it was installed and everything was completed. The completed fence is everything we had wanted. It is on a sloping hill and follows the terrain perfectly. The crew did a great job, after the first attempt, and were excellent to deal with. I will do business with them again, but will be on site when they arrive.

I've never seen a company so disorganized as this one. I contacted them to give us a quote for vinyl fencing to surround our 1.25 acre lot. They sent Brad out to compile the measurements for the lot and to get an idea from us what type of fence we would like. I originally schedule with him to return the following Monday (3 days later) with the quote. My schedule changed and I rescheduled the meeting for that coming Friday. Brad, nor any other representative from McCall's Fencing showed up at the designated time, nor was there any phone call indicating they needed to reschedule. The following business day I contacted their office manager and expressed my dissatisfaction that I was stood up. She apologized and scheduled a followup visit with Marvin. When Marvin shows up, he knows nothing about the work that Brad had done prior, he was there to completely redo all of the measurements we had done before. When I called again to the office, the office manager was confused regarding the whole situation. No one can get in touch with Brad and noone seems to know anything about our quote. I'm ready to pull the trigger on a good sized project and it seems that McCall's Fencing is in-capable.

They are very good and they will be doing our project.

The estimator, Dennis Day, arrived, provided a timely and accurate estimate. The crew came to put the fence in on time, and did a very professional job, working with us and the gas company to get the gas lines marked properly. They did a beautiful job, the workers were friendly and cooperative.
