I sent an email to which the owner actually responded (I find this happens rarely). He called me at home, gave an estimate, set up the day/time. Arrived on time! Friendly, professional, informative. Gave an estimate over the phone and then came to home within a few days so I could show them specific problem areas that needed cleaning. Returned to do cleaning 4 days later. Very professional and pleased with the results. I will user them again when needed.

We have used this father-and-son team many times over the years. They have a van-mounted system and have always shown up at the appointed time, or called if there was going to be a delay. After looking the job over, they advised us as to the best place to clean the rugs and how about long it would take for them to dry. The two of them moved furniture off the rugs, rolled them up and carried them to the area where they would be cleaned. They went right to work using an industrial cleaning machine and solutions. Moving the rugs back after they dried was my responsibility. In the past we have used Larkin's for wall-to-wall carpet and furniture upholstery cleaning also. In one case they advised against cleaning a piece of furniture because there was a chance the coloration would change. We have been pleased with their service and advice.
