They had to move all of the furniture for this installation. The two installers that came completed everything in 3 days. Michael and Nick were both great!

On the rental property, we picked out the flooring and handed them a key. They took care of everything, cleaned up, and left in a timely fashion. It was turn key and I didn't have to do a thing. They were able to get the job done quickly and had it done just a few days after we picked out the flooring we wanted. Replacing the carpet in our house was a three day job, due to the need to move a bunch of our stuff around. The installers arrived when they said they would every day. They were very courteous and helpful. They made every effort to do a good job. The owner checked with us periodically to make sure everything was going well with the installation and followed up with us after the installation to make sure we were happy with everything. The carpet we put in our house is simply outstanding and seems to be very high quality. They have a good selection of flooring. We are very satisfied with the entire experience. I highly recommend K&M.

Keith is an exceptional contractor. He stays in contact with you throughout the job, keeps you up to date and is on time the day he says he will meet with you. He demolished and replaced 600-700 square feet of flooring and redid a staircase. We now have beautiful hand scraped oak flooring. He also tackled a messed up staircase that was difficult to fix. Any issues and personal preferences were handled with complete openness and addressed without complaint. The only picky critique I have is that some of the fine details in the trim work such as filling in nail holes and precision with mitered cuts could have been better. I highly recommend K and M flooring.
