Description of Work: Darrell Fletcher is the overall contact person "manager" for his son (Josh Monroe Company). Darrell is wonderful to deal with, very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. His crew worked hard and got the job done in record time. I was very glad to have chosen JMC after storm damage left my home and many of all my neighbor's homes with roof and siding damage. JMC worked on many of my neighbor's homes as well. I would use them again. Since the completion of that siding and gutter job, I've called Darrell to help with another issue involving my downspout. He came the very next day and helped me find the buried drain pipe that was blocked, working in the hot sun and getting the job finished before the next round of heavy rain started.

Description of Work: Recent storm damage to my area put me in a position to shop around for quality contractors. It was my good fortune to sign a contract for the siding and guttering job with Josh Monroe Construction. From the start, Darrell Fletcher and Juan Mora were easy going, positive, and proactive in not only saving me money (they had the most reasonable estimate out of three) but fixing specific items that the original contractor had either ignored, overlooked, or had not done correctly. Darrell took care of the many details to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. Minor jobs (reattaching shutters and adding a rain barrel to the back-yard gutter) were done correctly and without a fuss. It was important to me to have the job completed before Race Fans came into town and Josh Monroe Construction made that happen. They were done sooner than my neighbor’s job which began before Josh Monroe Construction began mine. Because this was an insurance claim, Darrell Fletcher was asked to submit details of the cost of the job along with a specific letter. He was even called by State Farm to answer specific questions about the job. Darrell handled all of the insurance requirements quickly and in a professional manner. He was very accessible and accommodating on all of these matters.
