Love my Aventine spa! I am in it most mornings for the year or more since I bought it. The folks at the store are great, there for questions and assistance when needed. I have had some questions about hot tub operations, since this is my first one, and they have been most patient and helpful. It has been over a year since I bought my spa and they are still there to help when I have a question about it. If you are a first time hot tub buyer like me, and need some technical assistance with things like water chemistry and operations, these are the folks to work with. Highly recommend.

We have a different company do it first and the liner didn't fit. They were going to install the liner force. When we got that liner I talked to Isaacs Pools and Spas and they agreed to install it but the liner didn't fit so they had to get the company who made the liner come and help them. We used them because they're the only one who responded to me and agreed to put the liner in. They were very courteous and they did an excellent job. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They came back when the pool was filled to finish doing the edges of the liner that had to be coat all away around it after the water refilling.

Rained alot this summer, however, they were working when sun was out. Owner, Kathy Bales, was very helpful in answering all our questions regarding the water purity. The staff was punctual and very professional. We had to wait longer than usual due to the rain, but the finished pool is beautiful.
