Jack has installed two separate units at my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I got cost effective and quality units. When I asked if additional pieces needed to be replaced he was honest and told me I could more than likely wait a couple seasons before replacing the furnaces. It’s been more than one season on both and the are still working wonderfully. My home warranty company attempted to have me replace multiple times - Jack saved me thousands of dollars being open and honest about what my actual needs were. Even though it could have been profits for him. I will re-hire him in the future for my HVAC needs.
