HVAC Jack

First experience with Home Advisor, received initial callback in less than 30 minutes. We set a time for Jack to come check our problem, he updated with an earlier time and kept me posted. He arrived when he said he would and solved our issue. Fairly priced, nice young man, a proud veteran. We’ve scheduled him to return next week to do a service on our furnace.

My experience with Jack was a very positive experience. He was punctual and showed when he said he would. He attempted to diagnose my old system issue for possible repairs before suggesting replacements. With my old system being 15 years old he could have just told me to replace it right away so I appreciate the fact he took the extra time and effort to try to help save money. The replacement of as done promptly, professionally, and he kept me informed every step of the process. I recommend Jack to anyone needing central heat and air work for install, repair, or service.

Jack showed up when he said he would to diagnose my heat pump issue. It turned out my heat pump was 17 years old and the indoor unit was 30 years old and both needed to be replaced because i had a leak and they were not worth fixing. This was on a wednesday. After checking around with other companies i had jack do the job and i had a whole new unit installed on monday. He got it done in about 7 or 8 hrs and it was quality work. I went with him for this job due his honesty and price. Use HVAC Jack and you will not be disappointed.

It was a great experience. He and his helper are so personal and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help. And his prices are more than fair. He even came out to boost my system on a holiday at no charge. The other person I got from HomeAdvisor was cr*p and dishonest. Jack came at his own time and expense to help hold me over till he could do the job the next day. He is awesome!
