Foxx Pools

The only reason we are giving them a 1 star is because I cannot give them zero. We contacted them about installing a new liner in our pool and they were very eager to come out initially. We were told, they'd come out and take a look at it. When they arrived, Andy immediately appeared defensive and upset because the pool was still covered for the winter (it's March...of course it is). Andy said he didn't know the cover was going to be on it...I would've thought "pool professionals" would have known that. We were not informed of any steps to take prior to them arriving...for instance, having the cover off. When Andy was told that we could get the cover off in 20-30 minutes, his reply was "I don't have time to wait for 2 hours, and that he was busy." VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very hard to get a hold of Foxx Pools, and even harder to get them to call back. They didn?t come when they said they would be there. Numerous calls to get them to do the job. They drilled anchors into a few cracks in the concrete. Closing the pool was included with the purchase of the cover. When they came to close the pool all was good, asked them for a rough quote on replacing the liner. They gave a quote. Then charged me $75.00 for the (Free included) closing of the pool. Over the winter one of the anchors pulled lose from the crack. We called Foxx Pools, when we finally got a hold of them they were coming out. Again a no show without a call and still haven?t been able to get them out one month later to look at it. I am looking for a different pool company to put in a new liner.

The overall experience with Foxxx was unsatisfactory, and we would not contact them again. We have found an excellent pool company and have hired to do the repairs, as well as open and close the pool, and convert it to a salt pool.

Foxx Pools is here at least every other day. The pool is a large pool, it's almost an Olympic size pool and a lot of people are using it. It's well taken care of, we've done very well with the state inspection, it's been right on the spot every time. I shopped around but we stayed with Foxx because I haven't been able to find anybody that would give us better service for the value.
