Description of Work: I was exceptionally happy with Erika. I had the house on the market for 9 months prior to Erika. She came in with a new advertising approach and great energy and sold the house in a matter of several months. Because of her aggressiveness, we had more traffic in three months during the winter than the preceding 9 months.

+ -1 moreErika was AMAZING. She is prompt and professional and worked really hard for us. Our loan and purchase contract was somewhat complicated because we used the VA (husband is former ARMY) and she was great about staying on top of everything. She negotiated well for us and gave us lots of help and advice. We were new to the area and she advised us about a few extra things we should consider getting inspected and I am so glad she did! Our inspector found a few things that we wouldn't have known to test for and it saved us about $2000. A lot of the realtors around here are kinda and quot;laid backand quot; and don't move very quickly...that is NOT Erika. She is always moving and doing and will do great work for you. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would use her 100 times over!
