Description of Work: Lawn mowing and trimming. They come every two weeks and do a great job. They mow and trim thoroughly and then blow away all debris from driveway and walkways. They even blow off our deck!

Description of Work: The rep seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The estimate was very expensive for a straight simple walk. I believe they would have done an excellent job, but to pricey to see what kind of job they would have done.Very professional

Description of Work: We used Englewood for several years, starting in 2004 when they were a smaller company. They provided great service, however, as they grew and had more contracts, quality of service for lawn cutting, fetilization, and our maintaining irrigation system noticeably slipped. Personnel were always professional; however, they did not like to re-do work (i.e. grass cutting because areas were missed due to rushing to complete work. One winter, our irrigation system was not completely winterized which resulted in irrigation heads freezing open with visible ice scultputes forming. When spring arrived and the irrigation system was inspected, two heads that had ice "sculptures" were broken and had to be replaced at a cost of $50 each; we found a new company to maintain our irrigation system.

+ 0 moreThey cut and trimmed my front yard and my back yard. they were in and out in 15 minutes and even cleaned up after themselves. very friendly and professional. I used them because my husbands back was out and we needed temporary help in cutting our lawn. They were FANTASTIC... They will be the first one's I call If I ever need them for lawn cutting again.

+ -1 moreThey were not as thorough as we would have liked. They did not trim all the things that we wanted them to. They were not supers as another company as we thought they would have been. They do mostly huge jobs like corporate and sub-division landscaping. They did not seem interested in doing out little job. It was nice of them to do our little job, but they should have paid more attention to detail. We also had a hard time getting them to finish the work.
Description of Work: We used Englewood & Landscaping LLC for lawn maintenance. The last time we used them was s in June or July and they came out and cleared the yard and weeded.

+ 0 moreAfter going out for estimates (serveral of the landscaping companies came out but never provided an estimate) we chose Englewood because of the computer generated layout of our watergarden ( the layout helped my wife better picture the final results). Although Englewood was not the least expensive they did in our option offer the best value for our money. They worked with us and broke their work up to allow us to install the gazebo on site. All the men on site were courteous and worked to make this a dream come true for my wife and I. The amazing thing was how much the final product looked to the computer animation.
Description of Work: Installed a watergarden with 20' stream and pond as well as landscaping around the water feature and our gazebo.

+ 2 moreThey are knowledgeable and Mike Duncan has a degree horticulture. They are licensed in pesticides. Very friendly and helpful. Jim is the crew boss and anytime I have a problem I can call him directly. He is my gardener and I have had a lot of the same guys so they are familiar with my garden. Mike comes out whenever I have a question and supervises the work being done. He is very professional. The crew is also very professionally dressed and always act professional. The only thing I could suggest is they do a better job on weeding. It is a relief to have someone taking care of my expensive garden so I don't need to worry about it. Price reflects annual cost.
Description of Work: They do weekly maintenance of my lawn and do twice a year trimming of shrubs and spray pesticides for insect control. They have also done leaf removal and currently they are cleaning my pond. They can pretty much do anything I request.
