Douglas Roofing

Mr. Douglass installed a new architectural shingles roof on a small utility building 12 x 20 for me, I was very happy and impressed that he would do such a small job. His crew were friendly, professional and left the area clean. Ed is well known here in the Tri-Cities for his honesty and craftsmanship having been in the business for almost 40 years. He is what I consider old School his word is his bond something getting harder to find these days.

I was very impressed with Douglas Roofing. Even though they did quote us the best price, that was not the only reason we chose them for the job. Eddie Douglas does not sub-contract the job. He has his own crew who does the work, and his foreman, Eddie Trimble, is a true craftsman. They were efficient, hard-working, professionals who made sure that the job was done right. They were there when they said they would be and they finished when they said they would. It rained just as they were finishing and Eddie said they would come back as soon as it cleared up to take care of the last little details like painting the flashing around the chimney. When my wife informed me that she had already paid them, I wondered if they would be back, but there they were the next day, making sure every detail was taken care of properly. Of course, it has only been a few days, but I would be very surprised if any problems arise. I give them my highest recommendation.

This crew showed up on time and finished sooner than expected. Please note that this is not the same contractor as Douglas and Bishop. Eddie Trinkle is in partnership with Douglas Contracting, Inc. Douglas and Bishop can be found on Angie's List, but that partnership has been dissolved.
