+ -1 moreThey were very professional and work very hard. Reachable at any time. On our purchase they offered good information and assessment of homes. Very clear they were working for us and would help us make a good decision. On the selling of our home again very professional and very helpful in the process. It is clear that they have the relationships in the business to get information out and bring people in. In the first week we had many showings with an offer at our target price. When deciding on a real estate agent our history is that it is not easy to find a really good one, we don't intend to move anytime soon but we have found our agents to keep.
Description of Work: Real estate agent team -Terry Sturm and Melanie Turner - are by far the best real estate agents I have worked with. This is the fourth time we have moved in 20 years and have worked with 5 other agents over the years. Each time we were left wanting a better experience. Sometimes it seemed as if we were an inconvenience or even worse not clear that they were working for us but just trying to get a deal done.

Description of Work: Terry and Melanie did a great job helping us find our home. We discussed with them a list of our criteria for our new home and they sent us over a list of homes that met our criteria. We met with them to look at the houses they suggested and then after talking with them they suggested one more home that they really thought we would love and that ended up being the house we bought. They handled all the negotiations with the owner and they got us the price that we wanted. They also suggested a great mortgage agency which gave us a better APR than our bank had offered.

+ -1 moreAs real estate agents they were flexible with our schedules, took us to numerous listings and helped us sell our house quickly. Our house contract had issues and they worked with the buyers agents and got things to finish smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for getting us in to our new home as quickly as they did! We've liked working with them so much we've recommended them to family, who used their services as well.
