Dockery Abbey Carpet and Floor

Excellent work. Service from the estimator to the installers was prompt and well done. I have also had this company do a kitchen floor. Again, absolutely excellent service and product. They have the widest product line in Johnson City for flooring and their sales people know their products and provide personal and prompt care.

Installers arrived and in the middle of the prep work one of the installers quit. The company sent a second crew to finish the job. It ended up taking two days to do the job. The salesperson claimed that she had said this when we contracted--though I don't remember that. Additionally, they also had not ordered enough carpet and we had to wait for them to finish the job. Finally, when the installation was completed, the saleslady also indicated that this was explained to me during the sales process. Again, I did not recall that. Certainly, I don't fault the company for the problem with their subcontractor but, I truly don't recall any discussion of this being a two-day job. I was certainly less than impressed and do not plan to use this firm again.

Overall great. Slight confusion between the sales rep and installer, but they took care of everything as promised and the cost was exactly as estimated. (No hidden fees).

They were professional, came out on the scheduled time to meet me there, I believe on the later day I called, take measurements and the seemed knowledgeable. They did a good job.
