Visit was made to discuss ideas, Jason Suhy returned with estimate for wall and landscaping separate. Cost was more than we could commit to, Jason revised landscaping and we agreed to do removal of old plants and we agreed to price and paid 10% down. After no date set, tried to contact several times and calls were not returned timely, eventually returned calls and gave date to begin, didn't show, again committed to date and didn't show. Contacted again and I went by office to get date or deposit returned and Robert Suhy eventually came and began excavation. That day when my wife came home and excavation was started he stated we needed to discuss cost, my wife stated after all the trouble you surely aren't going there are you, he said to forget it. Then after starting to lay stone, told me it was going to be $6,000. I told him it wasn't either, we met to resolve, he agreed to complete job, my wife even took off to help in office to train staff. Then in the end, didn't finish.
