he didn't show up to do an estimate. how can i trust this person to do the work we need?

VERY good job. I was unsure what a particular color would look like so he brought me a sheet of it before they ordered. They were very careful to not leave any debris or nails in my grass or flower beds. Meticulous about that. We have a LOT of square footage so the price was quite reasonable. I called them many months later to ask them to see if they knew why I had a leak coming into my kitchen after a hard rain. The problem was with my chimney, NOT his work. But he is going to fix it for me. Very professional, Chris and all his helpers.

The estimate was too high so I went with another company. They were professional. I would probably recommend them. They came right away and I think they were on time. They had the highest bid that I received. They were definitely professional and very courteous. I would use them if they brought the price down.

Up to this point, he has been very helpful and informative. He provided an excellent list of recommendations

The guy set up the appointment, but didn't show up for the estimate. He didn't even call. I thought it was very unprofessional to make an appointment with people and have them sit at home all day waiting and not show up for the appointment or not even call. We would never use them again.

We moved into our newly built home in 1998. Towards the end of the summer 2007 I noticed several shingles were starting to blow off of my roof. So through a friends referral I heard about Custom Roofing. I gave this company a call to come do an estimate on my roof. They responded and I had an estimate within 24 hours. We agreed on a price, signed a contract, they started working on my roof within 1 week. They removed the old roof, refelted as needed and began installing my new roof. Through this whole process any questions or anything new that I needed they were always available and very helpful. After the job was complete it was as if they were never even there and I had a new roof, which I am very pleased with. I would recommend this company to anyone and stand behind them as a reference completely. My mother had been in need of a roof for several years but very unsure of a contractor and metal roof prices. So I referred her as well. Again the estimate was done, contract was signed, and her new roof was being installed within a week. They removed her current metal roof, installed new rafters as needed. Once that was done they began installing the new roof. The job was completed within a few days and my mother was very pleased.
