Ron Pope and his team at Critter Control of East Tennessee provided a prompt response to my call for help with a pest problem and then performed a thorough analysis of the matter to determine that the pest problem was caused by squirrels. They provided a solution that would prevent the problem from occurring again and then went through a removal process followed by some roof repair and the removal /replacement of a damaged roof ridge vent. The entire matter was handled professionally and cordially. This was my first experience of this nature but Ron Pope did a great job in educating me about it from analysis through resolution and then performing exactly as he indicated he would. Ron and his Critter Control of East Tennessee team are the solution to any pest related problem one might have and I strongly encourage those with similar problems to contact Ron immediately. They were prompt in answering my call. They explained the process they would use and executed their plan to remove the raccoons from our attic. They then cleaned and sanitized the area,carried off the mess and repaired the area where the raccoons gained entrance to the house. There is no residual oder in my house. I'm very pleased with the results and highly recommend them to anyone else who has a "critter" problem. I will keep their number handy should I have another problem.

I hired them to remove snakes from my garage. Yes, they came but did not find snakes. They sprayed area said that would work. Tried calling back 2 days later because snake still in the area. No response from them. Paid a lot for nothing.
