chimney caps
+ -1 moreAfter the first step and repairing and sealing he had his men to measure for the cap after a couple of weeks he returned with the cap to install.... But it was the wrong size.... He had to reorder ....after he kept telling me I should pay him after all he had to pay his men... And it cost him to get the new cap in correct size After I assured him I didn't measure the chimney I wasn't going to pay till he finished the work.... Another ten days went by and he came with the new cap... As they were carrying it around to the back of the house they Dropped one corner and bent it ... They installed it and when I complained of the bent frame they took out a hammer and tapped It a few times and said it was fine.... I have since called the guy back as he said he guaranteed his work and he has yet to return my calls.... I will never recommend this guy to anyone and I hope with this review no one calls him.... He also did some masonry work for me as he said that is what they do!!! All in all I paid a total of 10k. Dollars and The Masonry work is falling apart and he won't call me back.....

+ -1 moreWe were not very happy with him. He wasn't very organized and wasn't able to do the job we needed. We would never recommend him. The chimney cap that he eventually installed wasn't our preference and wasn't very appealing.
Description of Work: There was a tornado in our area so we needed repairs on our double chimney on our roof. The cap was damaged and we wanted to have a double cap installed. He also cleaned our fireplace.
