Came out right away and did the job quickly.

Responsive, prompt. Took the extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Returned without charge to pressure wash a small sidewalk that hadn't been included in the original scope.

We had our house pressure washed and the gutters cleaned. Alex replied back to us very quickly and also called afterwards to make sure the job was satisfactory! Bill, performed the onsite work and was right on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very thorough and did an excellent job!

Hired to clean, patch cracks, reseal driveway (billing states this work) for my 91 year old mother last of December $1500.00. Called company in January & February to complain about work done (all cracks filled in driveway were visible) - in March the Manager (came to home) set up time to meet with owner to see this mess, waited but Alex (owner) never showed up. I finally text the owner, Alex, sent pictures, copy of bill and cashed check, about this problem and he told me they do not patch cracks. Really, but he agreed for his worker to patch cracks, billed for patching cracks and reseal I requested the 1500.00 back and he said he would not return any money. Oh. but he offered a free cleaning of the driveway.

They were very friendly and polite. Arrived at set time. Was very careful to keep work area carpet clean. Had to call back as didn't complete everything I wanted covered on first trip. Was very apoligetic.

Super friendly staff, just not very skilled with painting. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning paint drips out of my carpet after they left. My walls still look like they need another coat of paint. I’ve got roller marks everywhere and some spots that are still completely bare. I know this is not their primary service. I would might venture to hire them for something else simply because of how friendly they were.

They were hard, professional and most polite. They proved they know the business.

Only one man came to do all the work. His partner was sick. This man worked hard from 9 to 5 doing windows, screens and power washed the driveway and porch. It was beautiful when finished. Even my husband was very pleased. I will have them back. I also recommended them to a friend who hired them and loved the work they did.

These folks did a lot of work. It took two and a half days to get it all done. My complaints are minor. They drove a long way to Knoxville each day. I know they were tired and that they were going to leave a few things undone. All in all though I would recommend them.

The work done was exceptional. The young men were not only knowledgeable, they were also very polite and showed a genuine concern for our home. All our concerns were addressed and all problems were resolved to our satisfaction. We will definitely use this company again for any future projects.

Mr. Carter called me immediately at 9pm, after I submitted the HomeAdvisor form. We set up a time for appraisal and he arrived on time, and cleaned the gutters on the spot. He also advised cleaning the roof, since I was planning to sell the home to help increase the value. They did a great job, and the gutters drain now, and the roof looks like new. Brian
