The young man who came was very polite. He worked continually and was most interested in my being happy with the job for the pressure washer. I also hired them for the painting, they didn't know how to paint and they did not finish the job. Spoke to the company, we came too a agreement and I am satisfied. Be specific in what are you agreeing to.

This vendor bid on a deck painting job and we hired him. The job he estimated to complete in 3-4 days. It has lasted more than 10 days. This vendor is not professional and should’ve not bid on a painting job. He came unprepared, he sent only one employee to finish the job and expected us to help with furniture moving, reporting on the progress of the employee, sending messages to his employee, and constant communication that we will be thrilled with the end result. However, because he’s not professional, he did not properly estimate the supplies needed to complete this job, which caused that one employee to go to the hardware store every day he was here and had to buy more paint, a trip which normally lasted 2 hours. This vendors excuse that the job is taking so long was that the weather did not cooperate. however the inside painting could’ve been done if they would’ve come prepared to do the job. We hired them to paint one wall and the stairs and they came without painters’ tape, roll, tray, tall ladder etc. His excuse was that they live 2.5 hours away and that it is difficult to come and go. If we were so far out, why did they bid on this job? And the one employee they sent never showed up on time, all he said was excuses that he was 2-3 hours late because he had to stop at the hardware store or was late in traffic.

They were excellent! They showed up on time and did great work.

They missed a section of our deck and they said they would be back to finish the following Tuesday. Well is has been two weeks now and they have yet to return. This is my mistake for paying them before the job was complete,
