Randy Carroll and his great team remodeled two bathrooms, installed a new laundry room floor, tore down my existing screened-in porch, rebuilt an enlarged screened-in porch and added a deck. The jobs were completed in early May and I still walk into my bathrooms and onto my porch and smile!! They did an amazing job, listened to my many "wants", provided me with options to save money and always consulted/advised us on what was being done. Randy took the time on several occasions during the renovations to make sure we were happy with the progression and the work. I could not have been happier with Randy and his entire team. I felt like I was losing family members when the projects were done!! Would not hesitate to hire them for additional work. Already have some projects in mind.

Randy and his team at Carroll Development are respectful, trustworthy, and reliable. I cannot speak highly enough of this team, and they come with my highest recommendation for all home improvement/repair. For us, Carroll Development did a renovation of our garage, master bathroom, and living room. The entire project lasted about 8 weeks, but I never once felt as if I was in the middle of a renovation. Every aspect of the project was meticulously handled care and appreciation.

Randy Carroll and his crew did an excellent job turning my sun-room into an amazing master closet. They acted in a professional manner throughout. He provided references and gave me a fair price. He explained all fees and consulted me every step of the way. I will definitely hire Carroll Development again.

Randy Carroll and his crew of Ray are amazing. He did a major large bathroom remodel and maximized available space and was even able to create some space I never would have thought of. He explains all fees and costs up front. He is tedious about keeping your property clean as he goes and does most excellent work. I will use him again.

We had Carroll Development do complete remodels on 2 of our bathrooms. Randy and his crew were wonderful!! When he came to do an estimate he provided me with references which I checked before hiring him. He maximized the space in our small master bath so that it functions and looks so much larger than it is. His lighting design made the bathroom bright and functional. He is the best at tile work. Our shower is so nice. Our dark and nasty basement bath is so nice and bright now. I would highly recommend Randy and his crew. I plan on using them again in the future for some projects.
