Cabinets To Go, Johnson City

The cabinets were ordered on 9/24/2013. And yes, they were paid for at the time of the order. The due date to get them in was Nov. 1 2013. I called to see if they came in was told they were on back order and should be in with in a couple weeks. I called weekly, I was given every excuse in the book...they over sold the product, they were at the dock, they were going through customs, they were waiting for pick up. Long story short, I got my cabinets on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!! Thats right....3 months later! Then they said they would give me 10% back for my time...so today 1/14/2014 I called to see where my refund was, Linn Tarry the manager said I should have gotten it...more BS...then he called me back and said it was in limbo because he forgot to submit it and when ever accounting issues checks I should get my check. Except for the ordering part, the whole experience was a nightmare. In the midst of all this...they changed the store phone number! I called and called....and then I went to the store and they told me the number had changed. Really!!!...no one could call? The product they have isn't bad...easy to put together and looks good. BUT...their customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen. Do NOT get cabinets there if you have a time line on getting your kitchen in....I would order your cabinets at least 5 months before the start of your project...and check for damaged ones...the chances of you getting the damaged ones replaced in a timely fashion is pretty much slim to none. I have a few more projects that need cabinets....but I WON'T be going back there.
