Andy and CC have both been full time licensed agents for approximately 13 years. The Baxter-Milhorn Group was formed in 2013 and has consistently been in the top 1% of agents in sales volume in Northeast Tennessee since. In 2016 The Baxter-Milhorn Group closed 186 real estate deals at a volume of over 28 million. Mr. Baxter has not kept his word with me. Doesn't call back when he says. He does not act interested.

(Member name removed) contacted me to evaluate 2 houses that her mother owns. I scheduled a time and met with her at each house, prepared a market analysis for each house, and scheduled another appointment with her. She cancelled last minute because her mother "got too much hair spray in her hair at her hair appointment." I gave her an opportunity to reschedule the next day at her convenience. She had "errands to run" that day and said she would call me when she finished. Six days later she called me and I was on vacation with my family. I had my assistant contact her and let her know that I was at Disney World with my 4 year old daughter and I would call her back the next day. When she demanded to my assistant that I call her that day or she would find another agent, I decided that she was not somebody that I wanted to do business with and I was glad she was calling somebody else. She is right only in that I am not interested in working with her. However, my team has sold over 100 houses in the last 12 months so I am definitely interested in earning the business of qualified buyers and sellers.

This is my second time using Andy Baxter. If I could give him A+ I would. The first time I bought a home I lived out of state. I gave him an A+ for communication, Knowledge, integrity and attention to detail. When the property that adjoined ours became available I called Andy. This was supposed to be an easy transaction buying from my neighbor but was anything but. Some one else held the deed, are neighbor had a promissory note and the complications went from there. Andy ended up taking the bull by the horns, not the selling agent. He figured out all the proper paperwork to make the transaction happen in a timely fashion. If you're buying or selling simple or complicated, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Andy!
