Everything was EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: I turned in a work order online with my warranty company and Mr Baskett's contacted me within 2 hours, he told me he would be coming right by my house on the way to another call and ask if he could stop by. He was very prompt and courteous. He trouble shot my situation, ordered a new Heat Pump as my unit was quite old and bit the dust. He told me it would take 7 to 10 business days to come in. He set up an appointment to come out and replace my old unit. He was right on time very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

He was short, did not adequately repair the item, and will not call when promised.
Description of Work: This man runs his entire business off running American Home Shield warranty claims, but he doesn't call when he says, he doesn't call in the promised AHS window, and he doesn't do adequate repairs. We paid the service fee to have him come out and he said our air conditioner was fixed, only to have to keep doing the same exact thing. Now it's the end of July and we have had no properly functioning air conditioning for days now. I don't understand how this warranty company keeps using him when every single site to review his work and business ethics are rating him terribly.

Nothing happened because the contractor never came to do the work.
Description of Work: This person should not be in business. My home warranty assigned this contractor to my HVAC problems and they never called me. I would call several times before getting an answer, Anthony promised me TWICE that he was going to come look at my unit and give me a call when he was on the way, but he never did. If I could give zero stars I would, this is absolutely no way to run a business and I hope Karma does its job.

I have already I would not have them back at my home as a contract of AHS or if I was looking for repairs on my own.
Description of Work: Baskett's was contracted from AHS to do a maintenance check on my heat pump. They arrived after almost 3 weeks of trying to set an appointment. They were supposed to follow up with AHS because they was an issue with my heat pump. After a week of hearing nothing I called and was told it was an issue with AHS but they would follow up and get back to me. Left a second message after the second week went by. Just spoke to AHS and a service request was never put in.

We have a home warranty. They contract with Baskett's Repair. I have dealt with them in the past through the AHS warranty and they have done a decent job. This past time, however, there have been several problems. Our heat went out and they came very quickly to do an initial analysis of the problem. It took them a couple of visits to figure out what the actual problem was (during which we were very cold) and finally ordered us a new furnace. We had multiple scheduling snafus setting up the installation, a couple of times when Baskett's claimed they had called me when I have no record on my cell that they did. Finally, over a month after our initial issue, they came to do the installation. All seemed to go well. However, about a month later, the ductwork they installed to connect the new furnace to the existing ducts fell off. We had a very hot closet and a very cold house. We called and left a message for them, then again 2 days later. They did call us back and were very nice, but refused to come back out to fix it unless we went through the home warranty. They were not sure if they would have to charge us or not for the service. As of yet, they still have not fixed their own error and may charge me to do so. They also could not come the day I finally talked to them and could not tell me when they would come out. They are very nice, but the bottom line is it's been 3 months without a furnace that works/ works well.
