Bartlett Tree Experts - 61411

A great experience from the first contact to the finished job. Ryan Clark, a certified arborist, gave us a lot more than a quote; he gave us a plan for caring for our 100+ year old red maple and the other trees on our property. We decided to move forward with pruning and the crew arrived exactly on time, took care of the trees and left our property looking great.

They never contacted me.

Bartlett did an outstanding job. This is a large maple tree with multiple trunks and it is a major feature on our property. Other tree services recommended cutting the tree but Bartlett has a professional arborist and provided a viable alternative involving fertilizing, trimming/thinning the tree, and tying the major trunks together with cable. They came with top notch equipment, safety gear, and work practices. They were very professional and performed the work efficiently. Although they are not inexpensive, I rated them an A on price because the price was fair considering the expertise of their staff and equipment - they were the only tree service that sent us a certified arborist to address our problem.

I have contracted the provider via Angie's list twice with no response. Once on 7/9 and then again on 7/15.

Overall I was very pleased with the experience.The representative of the company came out the next day after I called to assess the situation and give an estimate for the work. The two workmen were knowledgeable, personable and highly experienced. Because the truck and lift bucket was too large to reach the tree it had to be climbed. Add to that a snowy,windy day with temperature in the thirties and it made watching a fascinating event. All the debris was neatly removed.

I've always known Bartlett is good at what they do, but they also have a reputation for being very expensive. Turned out that their estimate was considerably lower than the other estimate I got. These guys are professionals at everything they do. Could not have been more pleased with their service.

I have used them in the past to remove a tree as well. They have fair prices. They are experts on how to trim trees.

They were very friendly. They showed up on time. They did excellent work and there were no complaints from the guys. They did everything that I asked them to do. They also cleaned up really well. They worked very well with me and mulched everything else with me. So I was pretty happy with their performance. There was nothing negative about them in Angies List when I had looked up on for number of companies. So that is the reason I used them. They are probably little pricier than other places but I think it is worth it.

They did a great job. They are reliable and dependable. They showed up on time and were quick to respond.
