+ -1 moreWe contacted Bailey's last summer when our HVAC unit went out They said they would arrive around noon the next day but never showed. Several calls later they couldnt tell me when they might show up and it was already late on a Friday evening. I had to call another company and pay more for them to come out right away. I wont be using Bailey's again.
Description of Work: Never showed up.

Description of Work: They did excellent work, on time and within budget. Very responsive. I would hightly recomment this company for either residential or commercial. John Baily is the owner/operator, and a really nice person.

Description of Work: Bailey's HVAC was the installer Sears had install the Heat Pump I bought thru them. The installer came at the appointed time and went to work diligently. He evaluated the installation and went to work promptly. He was very professional, courteous and took great pride in his work. The whole project took about 4 hours and he cleaned up diligently when the work was completed.
