+ -1 moreJames was there when I showed up about 10 minutes early, very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly throughout the whole process. I stayed the whole inspection which lasted right at 2 1/2 hours. Took pictures through the whole thing, worked with my and the sellers schedule.

James is very professional, polite, and through. If you are considering a home and need an inspector who will really seek out the home's flaws James is a great choice.
