Dan arrived and he donned shoe mitts. He went right to work. He explained what was going on. He took his time. It was quite late when he finished but he had a lot of diagnostics to do. Most people would not expect an ac repairman to come in the evening. He did. He did stay pretty late...and its a highly unusual. Id suggest calling in the morning if you cant have your tech stay late. He was professional and respectful. Trustworthy also. I do think it would help if the tech explains the bill. I have a service agreement and was unsure how the price was calculated based on that fact. I cant complain because the price was low. But, if i was not supposed to be charged or it was a percentage of the usual it would have been nice to have an explanation. Aire serve has as much as possible tried to send me the same people every time. Dan is knowledgeable.. Ask for him.
