Ordered ,and signed contract on line,expecting it to be an effective system . When it arrived ,I had it activated ,only to find out that there is central system that responds when the alarm is triggered,accidenly or otherwise.I had expected the speaker to be combined with tjhe pendant,but it was not.. We had a false alarm,and if I had not been at home at the time,and heard the alarm,they would have sent EMS to our house,which in our town can result in a fine for false alarms. Unless your loved one is confined to one or two rooms,do not purchase this unit. Also,when I asked to be let out of the contract due yo the devices limitations,they informed me that I could do so for a $250 cancellation fee. I guess I am stuck with them for a year since I signed the contract,but I can promise,I will go somewhere else at that time.

Their billing practices are not good. No one called to see how the installation went and then before you know it you’re being charged numbers that were not originally outlined. I tried calling them to protest the amount they were charging me. It was a horrible experience. I was unable to resolve the billing issues and my monthly fees are not what they are supposed to be as well. Not including installation charges, it’s supposed to $43 a month and they are charging me sometimes around $217 a month. They are charging a different price each month. I want a bill sent to me with the charges detailed out. I requested one several times and I have not received this. You won’t believe how many times I’ve called them. They are not professional.

We have not had any problems with it. The system was already installed in the house we bought so they just came and set it up in our name. I pay $48 monthly.

They are really nice. They call me if my alarm goes off. For the security I have, it is well worth way more than what they charge me.

They are always good about alerting me if the alarm is triggered and always contact the police properly.
