ABC Plumbing

We were quoted $7,800 and they tacked on over $3k during the process for "complications"... stupid us, we paid it and they never finished the work. They are now ignoring our texts and calls. What a scam... horrible. Rick was rude. Awful!!!

I called their number on Sat afternoon since the ad says they offer emergency service. I received a VM greeting but was unable to leave any message since the "mailbox was full"

They were able to tell which Delta shower hardware to bring and fixed it quickly. Also installed new sink hardware about 5 times faster than I can.

It did not take him long at all. He did have to go to Lowe's to purchase a part, but explained everything and gave a price prior to leaving for Lowe's. I have recently purchased an 80 year old home that was remodeled. In the process of making repairs he had to crawl under the house and determined that there was no way to reach the pipes in the kitchen and bathroom as well has the outside faucet. . Based on a home inspection I had done prior to purchasing the house and what Mr. Leslie found, I continue to have galvanized pipes. These will have to be replaced. Even though the prior owner remodeled the plumbing was not down properly. I will definitely hire ABC Plumbing to change out the old pipes. He also recommended other privately owned electrician and AC companies that did good work and were reasonably priced. Based on my experience today, Mr. Leslie the owner of ABC Plumbing is an accomplished business man who is reliable and honest. He came the day after I phoned, and I did not have to wait 3 weeks to get service.

I lost water due to January freeze. Another plumber came to thaw, but water was not restored and, subsequently, we discovered the broken valve and split water pipe. Still unsure of cause, but I called ABC out of phone book. Despite a busy schedule and a personal loss, Rick made a quick response and repair for less than I had paid the first plumber.
