We received notice about four days before our closing that we could close on a certain date. A date which we were told for over 2 weeks we could not close on. We scrambled to find movers. I spoke with Bill from All Seasons who worked very hard to find a solution to our problem. We were originally going to hire this company but then about two days before closing we had an issue come up that caused us to change dates for the move. We ended up going with another company but only because All Seasons was booked on that new date. I was very sorry to take my business elsewhere. Bill worked tirelessly to get us what we needed.

Three movers were supposed to show up. only two did but after 2 1/2 hours this was corrected. they were supposed to pack but this was not communicated to the movers. This too was was corrected. overall I was satisfied but too much confusion getting started.

Great job! The entire process was professional and seamless. They arrived on time, were courteous, and began working immediately. They carefully wrapped everything and worked continuously other than their lunch break. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone planning a move.

First, I will say that part of the reason I contracted with All Seasons is that Mike Naff actually answered the phone when I called. My process involved going down a list of candidates I found on Angie's List and calling for an estimate. I had a two day window to move and and was calling only a week before. A couple of companies did answer the phone but were already booked for my dates. Several did not answer and did not call back in a timely fashion. Mike answered the phone, had one of my days available, gave me an estimate and told me how they work. On the day of the move, Scott and Barth were about 45 minutes late through no fault of their own; a wreck had eastbound I-26 completely blocked. They called to let me know what was going on and we got started 45 minutes late. They were fast, professional and extremely careful with our furniture. Besides moving us from one house to the other, they did some rearranging which consisted mostly of getting some bulky furniture down a flight of stairs to the garage for a consignment store to pick up. I have no doubt that if the guys from the consignment store had done it, both the furniture and the walls would have suffered. I really cannot say enough about how good and careful Scott and Barth were!

Mike & his crew arrived on time. They were very professional & noted our furniture with no damage. They made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left.

They were great! They were a little past time of quoted time (but there was an accident that had both lanes of freeway blocked, so not their fault). Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, took great care of our antique furniture.

I can only say that everything was moved with no damage. The estimate was correct until we changed locations which included a much more difficult situation but the price change was appropriate.

Everything went very well. The quote was received in a timely manner and was the lowest. The movers themselves were careful, professional and worked very hard. Delivery was on time and unloading was handled professionally. It was a pleasure to work with this company. We provided lunch and drinks for them and tips in the form of Walmart Cards which were accepted very gratefully. We would use this company again.

We hired this moving company to transport a very large antique Gentleman's Wardrobe from Johnson City to Erwin TN. Not a long ways, but the unit had to be dismantled into 5 pieces. It is huge and heavy and of the 1800's. We were not onsite when they arrived to pick up the unit, but the lady from whom I purchased the furniture piece from said they were very careful, very professional, asking her specifically how to take the unit apart, etc. They were careful to double-wrap in quilt moving blankets. When they arrived at our home to deliver the massive unit, they were professional, took great care to unwrap each of the 5 pieces and explained to my husband exactly how the unit had to be put back together since it held no screws - only wooden dowels. I would most definitely use this company again. They are professional, reasonably priced, prompt and care about the contents they are moving. We paid a lot of money for the Gentleman's Wardrobe and this company treated the shipment with care. In summary, they give you a quote, they arrive on time, they handle with care and are very pleasant and professional. Will definitely use them again!

They did the physical moving for a business I own. They moved essentially three medical practices into one location. I had an outstanding experience. They did an exceptionally good job. They completed the move within four days. They came back after the move was completed to make sure if there was anything we needed including any furniture moved. The price was very competitive. The men were very respectful of the women that work for me. They did not use any profanity. I plan to use them for a personal move in the future.
