Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair

Frontier was the best company out of the 7 inspectors I had from other companies that gave me estimates I'm so glad I hired Frontier. They have professional workers and have the integrity that I was looking for in a company.

WOW! they exceeded my expectations in so many ways - from the initial contact with customer service to the technician and to the installation team. They are very competent, professional, well trained and customer oriented. I read their contract which was short, easy to understand and fair. If they were a public company I would buy their stock!

Christiy was the first step in my ongoing project. She was friendly and helpful and got me set up with Waylon who came out to look at the job. Waylon did an excellent job at taking all the pictures going in the crawlspace determining what I needed to have done. He has consistently been helpful whenever I have any questions. Financing was set up on the date and I am now scheduled to have the work done. I also just met Brandon who came out and gave me more piece of mine and re-checked everything to see how it is and try to get a earlier date for my project . All the employees so far have been excellent. I canâ  t wait to see what they do with the crawlspace and Iâ  m sure itâ  ll be excellent work.

I cannot speak to the quality of work just yet as I have only had an estimate done, but I can say the customer service at Frontier has been exceptional. Lady took care of everything from my first phone call and has been friendly, efficient, and managed all the details with urgency. Adam was extremely helpful, prompt, and provided personal service. I feel confident moving forward with the company.

Benji, Juan and Erick were very professional. Benji explained and showed me what had been done to take care of my foundational walls. They were able to straighten the wall, They cleaned and picked up the area of work when the work was done, the work done with the digging was cleaned and leveled out with straw covering also. I would definitely use this team again. Good job Benji, Juan and Erick.

Had sagging front steps- they said they could come in and mud-jack it to raise it up and make it look good. When they came they tried but could not get it to raise up. When I called to complain they said they never guaranteed it would lift they said it 'should' lift up. Then they said they will guarantee it won't sag anymore. Overall not happy but what can you do. Also they accidentally sprayed foam on the front of the house and did not clean it up until I called and complained- then came back and peeled off the foam - but left a visible residue.

Very professional. Neat.

The company stated the method they were going to due to repair the complex stone foundation problem. Mike Pierce kept me informed during the different stages of the process with Jacob and Schuyler, the other workers.

I hired frontier foundation systems to repair my foundation and their sister company Klaus for my new roof. Great group of guys who are as professional as the work they stand by, couldn't ask for better service.

Professional job. Workers were professional and efficient. After a week I still have no paid receipt. Company In a hurry to get paid after completion of job but don't care about customer afterwards

We had 3 of their team come to our house to seal the crawlspace. They were Brennan, Jessica and Marcos. They called me to let me know they were on their way and upon arrival got straight to work. They were neat and kept the workspace and surrounding area clean. After the work was finished they walked me through the work they completed and let me ask any questions. I would gladly use them again if ever needed. Many thanks!

Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!

Crawl space encapsulation appears to have achieved desired goals (so far). Project completion dates extended - twice. Communication post project was vague and unnecessarily difficult. Bid was materially higher than competitors but, the promise of premium service closed the deal Service was not **premium** Cannot recommend.

From the sale to final clean up, all of their employees demonstrated knowledge of their product and care to my home. Great job!

Ben and Mike worked tirelessly in this hot summer weather. They were extremely nice. They wanted us to see their work at each stage to make sure we were satisfied. They were helpful and answered all our questions. Wish all contractors were as nice as they were and as easy to work with. If we ever need anything else done that they specialize in, we will call Frontier first. We are very happy with their work. Our driveway and sidewalk look great!! Thanks!!

Following the “Flood of May 2020” Frontier Basement encapsulated my crawl space and there hasn’t been a drop of water there since. It only was prudent to retain their services to address a garage floor foundation issue.

The crew we had was great. Sandra (our foreman)and her crew worked hard and efficient. They always cleaned up after themselves. Sandra explained everything they did even had pictures. I would recommend Frontier.
